  • Company analysis. We make a complete analysis of the customers needs and assist in the profiling process. Sometimes this results in the customer needing a different profile than what they initially expected.
  • Ensuring candidate quality: In the recruitment process it’s extremely important to get a transparent picture of the selected candidates. We assist with personality-, competence- and logical reasoning tests.
  • The right candidate to the right position. The cost of a flawed recruitment is significant. That’s why it’s important to ensure the candidate match is spot on; the right candidate for the position but also that the company is right for the candidate’s future career and personal development. Retaining talent is way more cost-effective than recruiting new.
