Internal Control Manager

On behalf of our client, Billerud AB, we are now looking for an Internal Control Manager.

As their Internal Control Manager you will responsible for the framework for internal control and to strengthen the internal control as well as monitor compliance with both applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, case law and internal policies, directives, processes and procedures. The position is based at their headquarters in Solna and reports to VP Global Internal Audit.

Your main tasks will be

• Design, implement and test the framework for internal control for first and second line of defence including
  • Develop Billerud’s internal control framework and materiality
  • Control design and implementation
  • Facilitate documentation of controls
  • Internal Control self-assessment
  • Consult on control implementation and monitor control remediation
  • Assistance to the internal audit function in reviews, investigations, and process reviews
• Be the link to the auditors in internal control matters including action plan and follow up on deviations identified by the auditors and the internal audit function
• Design and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management framework
• Assist the VP Global Internal Audit to develop reports to management and the Audit Committee on internal control and ERM
• Secretary in the Audit Committee including drafting of agenda, action points and review of presentation material and presenter of internal control matters in the Audit Committee.

Qualifications
To succeed in this position, we believe you have

• Academic degree in relevant Finance field
• At least 5 years of experience from internal control and/ or audit in an international business environment and/ or complex group structure
• Swedish and English on a business level
