Recruitment Consultant – Banking & Financial Services

The Banking & Financial Services team at Finance Recruitment specialises in the headhunting of specialists within private equity, corporate finance, investment banking and other financial services.

We count some of Sweden’s most prominent Private Equity funds, Family Offices and Financial Institutions as our clients. We recruit from Analyst to Director level positions within analytical or investment-oriented roles.

We are differentiated by our specialist market knowledge, proactivity and niche focus.

The Banking & Financial Services team at Finance Recruitment currently consists of Eoin Laird and Nahrin Anbratt. We are looking to expand the team to hire an additional recruitment consultant to work with us and continue the delivery of high-quality service to our clients.

As a recruitment consultant at Finance Recruitment your role will include but not be limited to:

• Proactively building a strong network of the best candidates within the financial services industry ensuring you have strong up to date market knowledge
• Proactively develop client relationships, always working with a long-term perspective in mind
• Managing recruitment processes from start to finish including pitching, sourcing, targeting, interviewing, coordinating and closing
• Being a team player by supporting and helping your colleagues with whatever knowledge you can bring to the table to help them fill the processes they are actively recruiting

The person

• We believe lots of different types of people can make great recruiters, but ideally we are looking for people who have worked within:
• The recruitment industry
• A business-to-business relationship-oriented role
• Key account management

In addition, you will ideally have some knowledge of how the financial services industry in Stockholm works. You will be curious to further develop your knowledge, be engaging and an active listener. You will need to be organised, diligent and enjoy interacting with job seekers and clients. You must be fluent in both Swedish and English.
