Recruitment Consultant: Banking & Financial Services

The Banking & Financial Services team at Finance Recruitment specialises in the headhunting of specialists within private equity, corporate finance, investment banking and asset management. We count some of Sweden’s most prominent Private Equity funds, Family Offices and Financial Institutions as our clients, who we support with human capital ranging from Analyst to Partner level positions, with a particular focus on analytical or investment-oriented roles.

We are differentiated by our specialist market knowledge, proactivity and niche focus.

The team today consists of Eoin Laird, Nahrin Anbratt and Jacob Gajland. We are looking to expand the team to hire an additional recruitment consultant to work with us and continue the delivery of high-quality service to our clients.

As a recruitment consultant at Finance Recruitment your role will include but not be limited to:

• Proactively building a strong network of the best candidates within the finance industry, covering several geographies, ensuring you have strong up to date market knowledge
• Developing client relationships, always working with a long-term perspective in mind
• Managing recruitment processes from start to finish including pitching, sourcing, targeting, interviewing, coordinating and closing
• Being a team player by supporting and helping your colleagues with whatever knowledge you can bring to the table to help them fill the processes they are actively recruiting

The person
We are ideally looking for people who have worked within the recruitment industry, preferably in a role where you have been responsible for both managing recruitment processes and some level of client relationship management.
In a perfect world, you will have some knowledge of how the financial services industry in Stockholm works, but an interest in the sector is enough.

Furthermore, you will need to be organised, diligent and enjoy interacting with job seekers and clients. You must have a positive, goal-oriented winning mentality with a high degree of resilience and self-motivation.
