SmartCella söker en engagerad och skicklig Finance Manager som kommer att spela en viktig roll i att driva företagets finansiella framgång.

Dina ansvarsområden:

• Ansvarig för att leda finans- och IPO-kontroller
• Ansvarig för årsrapporten och kvartalsrapporter, inklusive samordning av data
• Ansvarig för intern kontroll inför planerad IPO
• Stödja teamet i ad hoc-uppgifter
• Stödja Controller-funktionen, inklusive stöd för budget och prognoser
• Kvalitetssäkra rapportering, inklusive regulatoriska och tekniska krav avseende redovisningsprinciper

Din profil:

• Minst 5 års erfarenhet i liknande roller, såsom Finance Manager, Financial Controller, Accounting Manager, Business Controller eller Controller
• Erfarenhet från ett börsnoterat företag
• Stark drivkraft och förmåga att påverka och sätta nya bästa praxisrutiner
• Pragmatisk mentalitet och prestigelös
• Flytande i engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt
• Bekväm med att arbeta i en Trojka-uppställning med veckovisa incheckningar om viktiga finansiella frågor tillsammans med CFO och Accounting Manager
• Vilja att lära sig och öppen för nya idéer

Dina kvalifikationer:

• Utmärkt kunskap inom IFRS, redovisning, budgetering, finansiell rapportering och finansiell modellering
• Erfarenhet inom områden som prognoser, finansiell kontroll, resultaträkning, kassaflöde och treasury
• Erfarenhet från bioteknik är meriterande
