Finance Director to Trill Impact

For our client, Trill Impact, we are now looking for an ambitious and driven Finance Director. Do you want to be an important part of a growth journey at an innovative Impact House with more than 1 billion euros in managed assets? Then this could be the next opportunity for you! You will be a senior finance professional in a high performing Trill Impact Finance team. In your role you will be working closely together with the CFO and a Finance Controller in delivering on Trill Impact’s growth plans. You will make a strong contribution to developing a clear, transparent and efficient finance function. You are proactive with excellent communication skills and highly professional with a positive can-do attitude. The role is located in central Stockholm, and you report to the CFO.

Tasks

• Working closely with the CFO and Finance Controller on ongoing Finance tasks
• Lead the valuation process of portfolio companies and funds
• Take on active responsibility for reporting and reporting systems
• Lead finance related development projects
• Responsible for the audit process
• Various Finance tasks included in a private equity organization

Profile description

• Master's degree in economics / accounting / business administration or equivalent
• At least 7 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an international environment
• Private Equity experience is considered a strong merit
• Experience from having driven change and built up a Finance organization
• Strong relationship builder and team player
• Accurate, organized and used to working with tight deadlines
• Excellent written and oral communication in Swedish and English
