Total Specific Solutions are looking for an ambitious M&A / Investment Associate to help originate and execute M&A activity in Sweden.

As part of a European Team, you will report to the M&A Director responsible for the Nordics who is based in the Netherlands.

Your role will be the origination of investment opportunities in Sweden and potentially other Nordics countries, engaging into direct contact with the owners of target companies.

In addition, you will support the execution of the transaction within Sweden by providing on the ground assistance in information gathering, due diligence, planning and other relevant aspects of the transaction process once a project has been initiate.

It is envisioned the position will be based in Stockholm. Malmo or Gothenburg can also be considered as a base. TSS can offer employment in Finland (Helsinki) and the Netherlands (Utrecht) from the start if desired by the candidate.



The right candidate with have a relevant degree (e.g. Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering) gained from an established University.

You must Speak Fluent Swedish and English. Additional Nordic languages would be a plus.

In addition, you must have:

A minimum of 2-5 years’ experience gained from one of the following environments:

  • M&A Boutique/Investment Bank
  • Corporate Finance Advisory Firm
  • Private Equity Firm
  • Venture Capital Firm
  • Corporate M&A
