We run the recruitment process for you

A recruitment process requires focus and energy. In the worst case this can cause people to deviate from their main objectives at the workplace and a faulty recruitment can be very costly in the end. When you collaborate with us, we'll take full ownership of the recruitment process and involve you for key decisions.

Our recruitment consultants work with a 360 degree approach. This means they own the process from start to finish. The benefit for you as a client is having only one person of contact. The person who negotiates the agreement will also source, interview and present candidates.

Our recruitment process

Finding the best candidates on the market takes time. Our philosophy is working proactively and continuously map the candidate market. What this means in practice is that we've already taken the first steps before a recruitment process begins. 

Startup

The key component is understanding the client need. Together with the client we draft a job description taking into account the core components for the role. This is the base for our work going forward.

Search and advertisement

We immediately begin the search process. It's usually made up of four components:

  1. Our candidate hot list- with the latest tools we can quickly sort out the most relevant candidates for the role
  2. External databases - we have access to several databases which extends our network of finance professionals in the Stockholm area.
  3. Our network – With over 20 years of combined experience withing our field we have created and nurtured the strongest network of candidates in the Stockholm area.
  4. Advertisement – we advertise the role on several key sites on the clients behalf. This gives both brand awareness for the clients and allows us to reach passive candidates.
Interviews, testing and selection

We conduct interviews with a selection of relevant candidates. Depending on the role we also have different tests. These are usually numerical, logical and personality tests.

Candidate presentation

We present a selection of candidates for client interviews. These are done either in person or via a web Link.

 

Reference checking 

When the client has decided on a final candidate we take references and conduct a background check. The findings are reported back to the client. 

Contract signing

If everyone is in agreement the candidate will sign a contract with the client. We can provide consultation on the terms if necessary. 

Follow up

We always follow up with both the candidate and client after a successful placement to ensure everything is proceeding as planned.
