About the role
The Large Corporates & Institutions (LCI) division is responsible for DNB’s largest clients across sectors such as industrials, consumer & retail, business services, financial institutions, healthcare, technology, and financial sponsors. The business is global, with a presence in the Nordics, London, New York, Singapore, and Sydney.
The TMT & Business Services team works with companies within telecom, media, technology, and the services sector. The team is part of a Nordic and international organization with more than 15 Client Executives, of which 6 are based in Stockholm.
As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for your own client portfolio within the mid- and large-cap segments. You will develop and manage both existing and new client relationships by providing strategic financial advice and tailored solutions.
The role includes analyzing clients’ business models, capital structures, and financing needs, as well as coordinating internal specialist functions within areas such as credit, cash management, risk, and capital markets. The position requires strong commercial understanding, analytical capability, solid market knowledge, and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
Main responsibilities
- Drive profitable growth through new client acquisition and business development
- Lead and develop client relationships, including advising on capital structure, financing solutions, and cross-selling
- Independently execute transactions, including LBOs, from pitch to closing
- Be responsible for credit assessments, structuring, preparation of term sheets, and documentation
- Develop and maintain strong industry knowledge, which includes broadening networks with relevant industry participants.
- Ensure compliance with KYC and risk processes
- Build and maintain strong industry expertise and relevant networks
Who we are looking for
- 5-10 years of relevant experience from applicable product/service areas, alongside proven success in a similar relationship management role
- Proven experience in portfolio development or client acquisition
- Strong knowledge of corporate banking, capital markets, and credit risk
- Experience from TMT, Business Services, and/or Leveraged Finance is considered an advantage
- Commercially driven, relationship-oriented, and structured
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
