To realise our ambitious growth targets for Sweden, we are currently looking to strengthen our team of Client Executives within the Large Corporates & International (LCI) division in both Stockholm and Gothenburg. The LCI division is responsible for DNB’s large and mid-size clients, and we have colleagues across the Nordics, London, New York, Singapore and Sydney.
About the role
DNB is currently expanding its headcount across the Industrials, TMT & Business Services, Healthcare, and Consumer, Trade & Services coverage teams by hiring Associates. We are looking for candidates with approximately 4-7 years of experience who together with our senior Client Executives will continue to grow our portfolio of mid- and large-cap clients in Sweden. As such, you will develop and manage both existing and new client relationships, providing strategic financial advice and tailored solutions together with the team.
Main responsibilities

Analyze clients’ business models, capital structures, and financing needs, while advising on tailored financing solutions and capital structure optimization

Develop, and grow client relationships, including cross-selling and long-term portfolio development

Drive profitable growth through new client acquisition and proactive business development

Conduct credit assessments, structure deals, and prepare term sheets and documentation

Coordinate internal specialist functions (e.g. credit, cash management, risk, and capital markets) to deliver integrated client solutions

Ensure compliance with KYC and internal risk processes

Build and maintain strong industry expertise, market knowledge, and relevant professional networks
Who we are looking for

4-7 years of relevant experience from either applicable product/service areas, alongside experience in a relationship-management role

Good knowledge of corporate banking, capital markets, and credit risk

Commercially driven, relationship-oriented, and curious
-
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
