About the role
Treasury Management (TM) is an integral part of Transaction Banking division within DNB Bank and the Large Corporate & International (LCI) division. The treasury landscape is experiencing exciting growth and change, and we are developing our unit to meet these new challenges.
As a TM Advisor you will operate out of our Gothenburg office to serve and grow our local client base in the Gothenburg area as well as southern Sweden. Our customers are large- and mid-corps across all business sectors. Our ambition is to be the trusted Advisor and provider of Treasury Management products and services for our clients.
As a TM Advisor you have an overall responsibility to run and develop a customer portfolio in close cooperation with client managers and customer team. The expectation is that you create sales opportunities and develop relationships whilst identifying, analyzing and processing new business potential for both existing and new customers.
In addition to sales responsibilities, the role involves advising existing clients on TM products, implementing solutions, prospecting new opportunities, and generating cross-selling leads for other departments. You are also expected to assume the lead role for more complex setups such as cross-border setups and advising within payment migration. You will cooperate with the bank's branches globally and are expected to have the opportunity to travel both nationally and internationally.
Main responsibilities

Serve as the trusted advisor for clients and develop, manage and retain profitable client relationships. In this role you will have the sales & profit responsibility of a defined customer portfolio.

Collaborate with client managers to acquire and expand large corporate clients who have both fundamental and complex Cash/Treasury Management needs.

Identify client needs and leveraging working capital and provide other relevant solutions.

Support client managers in identifying opportunities for clients and prospects and develop detailed account plans.

Collaborate with the client team to stay up to date on client relationships and maintain communication with internal partners to provide seamless service to our clients.

Prepare sales presentations with comprehensive solutions for cash management needs, which may include cash management cost benefit analyses and other studies.

Ensure that client accounts and services are set up and maintained flawlessly and seamlessly.

Participate and take an active role in branch events, conferences and seminars.
Who we are looking for

A relevant academic degree in economics, finance, business administration or similar

Minimum 7 years relevant background within treasury advisory and sales towards large corporate corporate clients.

Collaborative team player with a solution-oriented attitude and strong execution capability.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, in Swedish as well as English.
