Our investment team builds on experience from entrepreneurship, investments, finance and consulting and our investors are leading financial institutions.

As the next step on our growth journey, we are recruiting a member of our investment organization.

We offer a unique opportunity to join our skilled investment team in Stockholm, where you will take an active role in transactions and be involved in every step of the process, from deal sourcing and completion to portfolio company development.

Your tasks will include but not be limited to:

• Proactive sourcing of potential investment opportunities

• Execution of platform investments, add-on acquisitions and divestments

• Strategic business and market analysis

• Preparation of investment decision material

• Due diligence and support in negotiation of transaction agreements

• Active ownership support to our portfolio companies

Key traits of a successful applicant:

• 4-6 years’ experience from one or a combination of Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Inhouse M&A, Entrepreneurship or Business Development

• Consistent high performer with high personal drive and entrepreneurial mindset

• Genuine interest in PE deal making and identifying value creation opportunities

• Strong business acumen, paired with curiosity for the tech / software industry and market

• A humble, pragmatic and proactive approach

• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both verbal and written
