Our investment team builds on experience from entrepreneurship, investments, finance and consulting and our investors are leading financial institutions.

As the next step on our growth journey, we are recruiting another member of our investment organization. This recruitment is an addition to the slightly more senior hire that we initiated before the summer.

We offer a unique opportunity to join our skilled investment team in Stockholm, where you will take an active role in transactions and be involved in every step of the process, from deal sourcing and completion to portfolio company development.

What we are looking for:

• 2-3 years’ experience from one or a combination of Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity or inhouse M&A

• Consistent high performer with high personal drive and entrepreneurial mindset

• Genuine interest in PE deal making and identifying value creation opportunities

• Strong business acumen

• Curiosity for the tech / software industry and market is meriting 

• A humble, pragmatic and proactive approach

• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both verbal and written

Tasks will include but not be limited to:

• Proactive sourcing of potential investment opportunities

• Strategic business and market analysis  

• Execution of platform investments, add-on acquisitions and divestments

• Preparation of investment decision material

• Due diligence and support in negotiation of transaction agreement.

• Active ownership support to our portfolio companies
